Who is eligible for personal care services?

• Eligibility is determined by either a nurse, insurance or even  self determination (private pay)

Eligibility for the Group Adult Foster Care program with Masshealth

Loved Ones Care is a Mass Health Provider for Adult Family Care( AFC) and Group Adult Family Care (GAFC) services, which includes Personal Care and Homemaking.
